FASTING
Our Fasting Retreat runs for 7 days. Our method, derived from over 100 years of clinical practice at the Buchinger Institute in Germany, and inspired by Mi Ayuno's extensive experience in Spain, promotes physical activity as well as some juice and broth during the Fasting period.

WALKING, DAILY EXERCISE
Moving is key to help us detoxify, and also to make the experience more fun and enjoyable.
REPLENISH WITH JUICE & BROTH
After exercising and using energy during the daily physical activities that will be part of our Retreat, vitamins and minerals are key to staying on track.
